@YoGottiKOM Sued For Copyright Infringement Of "28 Bars"
Yo Gotti was hit with a lawsuit for allegedly stealing the beat to his 2010 track "28 Bars."
Earlier this year, 50 Cent managed to fend off a copyright infringement lawsuit over his track "I Get Money"; now, it looks like Yo Gotti finds himself in a similar situation.AllHipHop reports that the Memphis rapper was hit with a suit earlier this week over the beat from his song "28 Bars."
Eric Dion Flemming filed suit against Gotti and his manager Brandon Cottrell for allegedly using one of hisbeats for Gotti's "28 Bars" and failing to compensate him for his work. The plaintiff indicates that he originally sent the track to Starlito, an artist signed to Yo Gotti’s Inevitable Entertainment, who then passed it along to Gotti.
Flemming says that he emailed Gotti about the song prior to filing the suit and that the rapper didn't deny the infringement when he responded. In addition, Flemming also names director Jordan Tower for shooting a video for the song in question.
The song has been available for purchase through iTunes, Amazon and other retailers since 2010. DX will keep you updated as more information comes to light.
@BigSean Explains Wanting To Improve As An Artist And Role Model On Sophomore Album
Big Sean lists his goals for his sophomore LP, and provides some details about the project.
Though Big Sean's debut album Finally Famous was generally well-received and yielded several hit singles, the Detroit emcee believes there's room for improvement.
"I feel like when I dropped my first album, I was still coming into myself as an artist," said Sean in an interview with MTV News. "I have a better sense of who I am, what I represent, who I represent."
Sean also discussed more specifically his evolution as a positive influence. "I also have a sense of how people look at me, just by going on tour, my first solo tour, sold-out tour and seeing the people and kids who looked at me as a role model," he said. "That's when I realized when you got the mic, you got the crowd, you gotta say something, or else your moment in time is wasted. It's just a whole different thought mentality.
Finally the G.O.O.D. Music artist revealed some collaborative details from the sophomore album. "I've been in the studio with 'Ye, talking with 'Ye, building ideas with No I.D., even with Nas, with other people and really talking to 'em and soaking up where their minds is at," he explained. "Then taking that and applying it to what I know myself. It ain't no choice but to be good."

@Beyonce And @S_C_ Show Blue Ivy Some Irish Luck (PHOTOS)
Beyonce and Jay-Z were spotted earlier today arriving at the Dublin airport in Ireland, and things definitely seemed overwhelming!
Jay chilled out behind his wife as she carried their little bundle of joy, Blue Ivy Carter, to their car, which was surrounded by excited fans and a whole team to assist the happy couple.
Even though Dublin is just another stop for Beyonce and Jay-Z to share with Blue while Jay is on the European leg of his Watch The Throne tour, it definitely seems like these three are great at taking advantage of what’s in front of them.
From wining and dining to lavish shopping trips, we know the Carter family is bound for another great journey during their stop in the land of luck!
We’re glad to see Jay and Beyonce having some fun overseas, as well as taking the best care of Blue Ivy!
